At the core of my work is a one-to-one partnership with senior leaders. Through direct, trust-based coaching, I help leaders gain clarity on how they think, make decisions, and lead at scale. Together, we surface patterns and internal dynamics that are often difficult to see from the inside, both cognitive and emotional, bringing language and structure to what has previously been intuitive or unarticulated.
Taking the time to intentionally explore a client’s emotional self creates space for the full human experience of leadership. Trust, clarity, and awareness open the door to deeper emotional intelligence in a way that strengthens both presence and impact. It is within this space that leadership potential is not just developed, but revealed.
My approach integrates Appreciative Inquiry and the Enneagram with deep behavioral insight and real-time dialogue. I create a space where leaders can think more clearly, see more fully, and make meaningful, lasting shifts in how they lead.
My work is often sought out at moments of increased scope and consequence, when how a leader operates becomes as important as what they do. In these moments, greater clarity creates greater range. Leaders begin to approach complexity differently, respond rather than react, and operate with a level of intentionality that unlocks their next stage of leadership.
Over the past decade, I have worked across global organizations including Google, Meta, and GlaxoSmithKline. Much of my work comes through referral, often with leaders stepping into broader roles or seeking to operate with greater clarity and precision.
